• Coordinates, controls and is responsible with the store’s aspect as regards its cleanliness;
• Organizes and coordinates the yearly inventories, controls the partial and monthly inventories;
• Solves the customers and suppliers’ requests and claims according to the internal procedures and to the applicable legislation;
• Establishes and maintains a very good relation and permanent contact with all key account customers;
• Plans, coordinates and controls the store's expenses based on the income and expenditure budget;
• Represents the store before the inspections carried out by state authorities;
• Initiates disciplinary inquiries, in compliance with the applicable legislation;
• Must ensure the accomplishment of the key-performance indicators.
