The adventure of the brand started in 1985 and continues with great successes today already counted among the “lovemarks” of Turkey. The brand is launching its’ first stores in Romanian market and seeking for high qualified individuals.
THE ROLE : STORE MANAGER
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maximise store productivity and efficiency
- Efficient work force scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Implement and maintain high standarts of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standarts
- Achievement of the given sales targets, productivity/m2 and bottom line profit objectives
- Achievement of the agreed/ given Internal Audit Performance
- Controlling the shrinkage rates and all expenses
- Improving the conversion rates
- Execute and comply with all LCWAIKIKI policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyse various reports (sales figures, performance reports)
Requirements:
Professional Know-How:
- Good PC skills
(Experience on Visual Store)
“Win Mentor” is a plus
- Fluency in English
Turkish is a plus.
Education and experience
• University Degree;
• Three to five years of retail management experience preferred
