Descrierea postului:
Full time project based opportunity to join our team performing human resources activities support to our Bacau store.
Ensures good functioning of the human resources activity within the store, through correct management and application of specific HR procedures, in accordance with the labor legislation, the internal regulations of the company and the company HR policy
Personnel recruitment and selection: analysis of personnel needs, advertisement of vacant positions, creation and maintenance of applications database, preliminary interviews, short-listing
Personnel administration: elaboration of employment documents, maintenance and update of the employees database; permanent contact with labor medicine clinic in order to comply with the legal stipulations in the field
Training and development: support in the personnel evaluation process; monitoring activity for training and development plans for the store employees
University degree
Personnel Administration Certificate
Relevant experience in the field
Analytical competence
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of labour legislation
Good PC knowledge (MS Office and payroll programs)
Ability to work under pressure
Good command of English
