British Embassy Bucharest – Unique Job Opportunity: Energy & Environmental Officer
The Job:
- Your core tasks will include:
- Implementation of Environmental Management System;
- Assessing properties & identifying potential savings;
- Collating/reviewing/monitoring energy performance data;
- Communicating & influencing people at various levels of Management.
The Candidate:
- You should have:
- A Degree qualified in Energy/Environmental Engineering;
- Good bilingual skills in written & oral Romanian and English;
- Strong IT skills;
- A self-starter attitude.
The position is offered on a fixed one-year contract basis.
The starting salary for the position is EUR 760 gross (plus meal tickets). There are opportunities to earn performance bonuses and the post has 21 days leave allowance.
The position is subject to achieving satisfactory local and overseas security clearances and successful completion of 1-month probation.
