Responsabilitati:

- Organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of commercial partners;
- Overseeing the leasing of facility space and the development of marketing strategies;
- Planning, organizing and directing administrative services such as cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security;
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems;
- Preparing or overseeing the reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
