Jobs for Romanian doctors in Germany
Mönsheim (near Stuttgart) - data compass is a successful personnel placement agency, which has brought more than 240 doctors, almost 100 software engineers and approx. 35 mechanical engineers from Eastern Europe to Germany since the year 2000.
We are now looking for assistant and specialist doctors for almost every medical speciality on behalf of our customers – many hospitals and clinics and hospital companies in Germany.
We are mainly looking for anaesthetists, surgeons, gynaecologists, internal specialists, neurologists, psychiatrists, radiologists, but also paediatricians.
In order to succeed with your application, you must have passed your state exams in medicine, have a reasonably good knowledge of the German language, have had some practical experience and have prepared yourself well for the interview.

We will then recommend you to our customers’ personnel departments.
If your application is accepted, we will then reimburse the interview expenses like your flight, hotel, food expenditure when you start work and will provide you with the necessary preparatory materials for your interview.
You will start work 3 – 4 months after the interview – the bureaucratic steps take this long. After all, you will need a German license to practice medicine and a work permit.
Your expected basic salary will be € 1,800 – 2,000 net as an assistant doctor during the first three months and later € 2,500 – 3,500 net including bonuses for extra services. Specialists will rapidly earn € 3,000 – 4,000 and more.
