As a well-structured international focussed company with activities in construction business, we aim to enlarge and reinforce our current teams. To recruit and select our extra future employees and workmen on a professional basis and to handle all necessary (social-juridical) administration, we would like to engage HR-officers in several regions in Romania (Oradea, Focsani, Suceava, Arad, Timisoara, …). In close and continuous contact with our HR headquarters in Belgium, our international recruitment targets should be achieved.

Function description

- to list the possible recruitment chanels and labour market communication tools

- to use all recruitment chanels in an active way in order to recruit and select suitable candidates

- to draw up the vacancies with a complete job description

- preparation of the screening and testing of possible candidates

- to complete the competence profile of all employees and workmen in order to set up an adequate education and training programme

- to handle the social-legal administration concerning (international) employment of people

Profile description

- bachelor degree or equal through experience is mandatory

- language knowledge: Romanian, and fluent English or French (spoken and written) is mandatory

- experience in recruitment and selection of candidates (mostly workmen) is recommended

- knowledge and/ or interested in construction and technical field is recommended

- experience in administration according to (international) employment

- B-type driving license

- well organized, result-driven

- familiar with computer programmes MS Office, internet and mail
